Know more about the Christian church
The word church as well as the word Christian church is used to depict a place of worship, especially when it is associated with the words Christian and Christianity. What one means, is that a place of worship that follows the Christian traditions is called the Christian church. There are two churches in the world, which still have a religious conflict about the true church, which Jesus Christ established. Orthodox churches as well as Roman Catholic Churches claim this honour and superior claim of being the one true Church. Both of them are based upon the body of Christ in the form of the Holy Spirit.
There are other churches that are also considered legitimate, but their beliefs deviate from the teachings of the Orthodox and true Christian faith. The word church, with the c written in a lowercase denotes the different traditional groups within the true or the Orthodox Church. For example, the Roman Catholic Church has a group that is known as the Syro-Malabar church. Every diocese is a church within a Church. In the same manner, the Russian Orthodox Church and the Greek Orthodox Church are churches inside the jurisdiction of the Orthodox Church. The Orthodox or the Roman Catholic Churches do not recognize Protestantism as a religious church. That is because they do not follow the rules and regulations of historic and traditional Christianity.
Nevertheless, the Protestant and the secular views of Christianity are based upon the beliefs of any religion, which considers Jesus as the son of God. It cannot be one single religion, and it cannot be one single religious establishment. The secular world does not accept any political entity as the one and only Christian church.
