Flute
As a London based flautist, Jane performs frequently with a wide variety of orchestras such as The English National Ballet, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, West Australian Symphony Orchestra, BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Bergen Philharmonic and Welsh National Opera under such prestigious conductors as Daniele Gatti, Leonard Slatkin, Yuri Temirkanov, Vasily Petrenko, Andrew Litton, Tadaaki Otaka and Kazushi Ono.
She has recorded for BBC Radio 3, Classic FM and ABC Radio and appeared on TV, film soundtracks and screenplays for BBC Radio.
She enjoys performing in the West End scene on shows such as Beauty and the Beast, Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, Mrs Harris Goes to Paris and The Snowman.
Jane has a great passion for travel and her performance career as an orchestral, chamber and solo musician has taken her throughout Europe, Africa, North and South America, China, India and Australia.
As a keen supporter of music education, Jane has worked with the Philharmonia Learning & Education programmes as well as tutoring for the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain and at the Dartington International Summer School.
Jane performs on a handmade 14K gold Haynes flute with a Lafin headjoint.
